Are you looking to improve the connection between your mind and body?

Join a therapeutic yoga session in the peaceful atmosphere of the Gallery, guided by Dr Kathie Overeem (psychology PhD, researcher, and trauma-sensitive yoga facilitator). Move at your own pace and cultivate body awareness to empower yourself in the present moment.

Here’s what you can look forward to during this morning yoga session:

🧘 Experience the tranquility of the Gallery’s quiet, reflective environment before it opens to the public.
🧘 Move at your own pace, with the freedom to engage in poses in a way that feels most comfortable to you. Classes are guided with invitational language.
🧘 Cultivate a deeper sensitivity to your breath and energy.
